Bronze Helmet

Let’s get this out of the way. THIS WAS NOT meant to actually fit on your head. Somehow we made it large enough that by (joyous??) error, this may actually fit your head. We do NOT recommend putting it on

We knew the porcelain version of the helmet would be a cult item that sold out fast, but we felt like we could push a little further. Enter bronze casting. IN the digital helmet design file, we took all the art and raised it 3mm off the surface of the helmet allowing aggressive polishing AFTER blackening of the whole helmet. Polishing only hits the raised pattern and leaves it bright bronze.

However, the digital file was still “smooth” for porcelain, so we went in and digitally sculpted texture and character across the whole helmet, including scarring on the eye.
