The 6 Panel Embossed Cap

Our Slightly Shallower Cap - Built literally from scratch to our specifications, featuring a subtle embossed Discommon logo.

There's a lot options when it comes to making a hat. The easiest is obviously finding a local supplier of blanks that can embroider them. We're not so good at "easy". We've constructed this from scratch with a supplier we've been vetting for a year. Our hardware, our embossing process, our fit.

• Shallower Fit - This is a little nuanced to explain, but this fits a little shallower than a standard 5 panel something or other blah blah. In general it fits felmales really well, especially ones where they get frustrated with the cap hitting the top of their ears. However, you can see it's totally fine on Neil and he has a BIG head. 

• Cold formed embossed logo - it just looks great and it's invisible on the back-side - no itchy liner material. 

• "Universal" fit - Take note of those quotations — one of you mad people will have some wild noggin size but this fits a LOT.
